- Advising senior secured lender Absa Bank Limited on the bank/bond refinancing and recapitalisation of the Petra Diamonds group.
- Advising an ad hoc group of holders of Bayport Management Limited’s senior unsecured social bonds due 2025 in connection with Bayport’s recapitalisation transaction.
- Advising a credit fund as lender to and shareholder of a manufacturing group in the life sciences sector on a cross-border restructuring transaction. The restructuring culminated in the consensual acquisition of the group by the credit fund and the restructuring of its debt. Post-acquisition, we advised the credit fund on the acquisition of another company and a representation and warranties claim arising from the previous ownership.
