Cadwalader partners Bevis Metcalfe and Douglas Mintz were recently highlighted in Law360 discussing their upcoming roles as co-chairs of the Financial Restructuring Group beginning in January.
The article highlights the group’s work advising banks, CLOs, private credit lenders and multistrategy funds on a wide range of special situations.
