Cadwalader Wins ‘Securitization and Structured Finance’ Team Award at IFLR 2022 Europe Awards

Cadwalader has once again won for “Team of the Year” in “Structured Finance and Securitization” as part of the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 2022 Europe Awards.

The team won in recognition of its work across a broad range of products and asset classes, with a special mention of its representations in connection with:

  • “Starz CRE CLO”: Cadwalader advised Credit Suisse as arranger and placement agent on the Starz CRE CLO, the first CRE CLO in Europe since the financial crisis. ERM Funding is the first post-financial crisis publicly-rated full-term UK securitization of equity release mortgages comprising recent-vintage originations.
