Tom Spinks is an associate in the Fund Finance Group in Cadwalader's London office.
Tom has more than ten years’ experience advising both banks and sponsors on a broad range of financings for private equity, infrastructure, renewable and funds of funds.
Tom’s experience covers a diverse range of fund finance products (including NAV facilities, Capital Call facilities and GP Support Facilities) using a variety of different structures. In particular, he has extensive experience advising infrastructure funds on all aspects of their financing.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Tom practiced within the finance group of an international law firm in London and Singapore, advising on a broad range of transactions, including fund financing, infrastructure finance and general corporate lending.
Tom graduated from the University of Oxford. He completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP and is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
