Cadwalader has advised the funders on Infracapital’s £218 million USPP and bank refinancing of GB Railfreight.
GB Railfreight is one of the three main freight operating companies in the UK that together account for most of the rail freight transportation volumes in the UK.
The Cadwalader team was led by partner Rebecca Crowley, with support from associates Chris Quigley and Sai Ahluwalia.
