Rebecca Crowley is a partner in the Finance Group in London.

She advises sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders on the financing and acquisition financing of infrastructure and hybrid infrastructure assets. Her practice has a particular emphasis on complex, cross-border acquisition financings.

Rebecca acts for a broad range of clients including infrastructure funds, banks, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and pension funds across a wide range of capital structures. She has significant experience in digital infrastructure and energy transactions.

She is recognised as a “Next Generation Partner” for Infrastructure by The Legal 500 UK, with clients describing her as “a name to note for cross-border acquisition financing” and “the best in the business.” She was also named in the 2025 edition of Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation.
