Stephen Heydenrych is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's London office.
Stephen focuses on structured finance transactions and advises a diverse range of domestic and international clients predominantly on securitisations backed by a wide scope of asset classes including consumer and commercial loans, trade receivables, auto contracts, commercial real estate, student accommodation receivables, social housing and other RMBS transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Stephen was an associate in the derivatives and structured finance team at Allen & Overy in London where he worked predominantly on CLO (collateralised loan obligation) transactions and their related warehouse facilities and other middle market fund financings.
Stephen has a dual degree from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in South Africa (Non- Practising).
