Ryan Leverone advises borrowers, banks and alternative lenders on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated, club and bilateral loans, litigation financings, back-leveraged facilities, NAV facilities, management fee facilities, commodities financings, asset-based lending, fund-level ABL facilities, bankruptcy exit financings, acquisition and 363 sale financings, shareholder financings, note purchases, repurchase financings, royalty financings, out-of-court workouts and restructurings and other complex transactions.

Ryan also represents financial institutions in the purchase and sale of par and distressed debt and equity on the secondary loan and equity trading markets, including bespoke participation arrangements for credit risk transfer, fund finance and NAV lending transactions. Ryan additionally focuses on emerging technologies impacting financing transactions and law practice, including smart contracts, blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI-powered contract analysis, document automation and automated workflow management. Ryan has previously served as in-house corporate counsel to Amazon Web Services, Inc., where he advised on such projects and a variety of technology transactions and complex business initiatives.
