Parker Ihrie is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group in Charlotte. Parker primarily represents financial institutions in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by commercial office buildings, hotels, multifamily housing, retail properties and warehouses, including many multi-state, multi-property pooled transactions. He also has experience in assisting clients with the development of complex condominium projects.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Parker was an associate with Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, P.C., where he represented both private and institutional real estate owners, investors and developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial, retail, multifamily, industrial, self-storage and manufactured housing properties. He also served as a judicial intern with Chief Justice Robert P. Young of the Michigan Supreme Court, and as a Student Assistant Prosecutor for the cities of Eastpointe, St. Clair Shores and Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan.
Parker received his J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, and his B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the College of Charleston.
