Omar Khoury is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group.
Omar received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where he was an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Omar placed as a finalist for Penn’s 2023 Edwin R. Keedy Moot Court Competition and won the award for best brief. He has two forthcoming Spring 2024 publications, one on international humanitarian law with Gonzaga Journal of International Law, and the other on citizenship-stripping and nonrefoulement to be published in Pace International Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in English and Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019.
