Kenneth J. Marino is a senior attorney in the Capital Markets Group, resident in the Charlotte office. His practice focuses on commercial and regulatory issues, including whole loan and CMBS master repurchase agreements, related real estate issues, and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and agreements.
He has extensive experience serving as lead counsel to large national and regional corporations and financial institutions dealing with a wide variety of issues, including venture capital, credit card securitization, commercial loan documentation, corporate reorganization, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kenneth earned his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Marywood College. He is licensed to practice in the states of North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania (inactive) and Delaware (inactive).
