Holly Loftis is a counsel in the Capital Markets Group. She focuses her practice and routinely advises banks and other financial institutions on the structuring and documentation of subscription credit facilities. Holly also has experience with other types of fund financing transactions and leveraged loans.

Holly received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor on the Wake Forest Law Review. She also received an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. While attending Boston University, Holly interned in the legal department for a prominent wealth management firm.
