Holly Loftis is a special counsel in the Finance Group focused on fund finance. She regularly advises banks and other financial institutions on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of subscription credit facilities, other secured and unsecured lending arrangements, management fee lines and other fund finance products such as NAV and hybrid facilities. In addition to Holly’s general experience as a finance attorney, she is extremely knowledgeable regarding documentation governing private investment vehicles, including governing agreements, investor side letters and investor subscription documentation.
Holly serves as a mentor and is involved in associate training, is active in on- and off-campus firm recruiting efforts and is a participant in the Firm’s highly regarded Sponsorship Program.
Holly received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor on the Wake Forest Law Review, and an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. While attending Boston University, Holly interned in the legal department for a prominent wealth management firm.
