Emanuel Tsourounis II represents lenders, developers, real estate investment funds, real estate investment trusts and other institutional clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the origination, servicing, sale and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans and revolving credit facilities, as well as the negotiation of joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and ground leases.
Emanuel’s experience also involves real estate assets consisting of hospitality, industrial, office, retail and multifamily residential (conventional, student and senior living and manufactured housing) properties.
Emanuel received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University, with distinction in all subjects. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, in the State of New York and the District of Columbia.
