Andrew Vickers is a Special Counsel in Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance & Private Credit Group in London.
Andrew advises direct lenders and other financial institutions across a wide range of financing structures, including senior, junior and unitranche financings, with a particular focus on cross-border private credit transactions.

- The unitranche lender on the financing of Bain Capital’s acquisition of a European group specialising in the design and manufacture of high performance pre-cast concrete products.
- The second lien lender in connection with the first and second lien financing package provided to a Swiss-headquartered provider of specialty chemicals.
- The unitranche lender on the financing of Bain Capital’s acquisition of an Italian tyre wholesaler by way of the issuance of Italian mini-bonds.
- Castik Capital on the financing aspects of its take private acquisition of Waterlogic plc.
- Ardian Private Debt on the unitranche facilities made available to finance the acquisition of Six Degrees Group by Charlesbank Capital Partners.
- Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank and Bank of Montreal as mandated lead arrangers with respect to the financing package provided to fund Optimal Payments’ acquisition of Skrill.
