Cadwalader partner Danielle Tully was quoted in Law360’s coverage of the Federal Circuit’s decision affirming a Delaware court’s anticipation ruling and declining to revive C.R. Bard’s patents on implanted catheter receptacles in litigation in which Cadwalader represented AngioDynamics.
Danielle, who argued the appeal, commented, “We are pleased with the Federal Circuit's decision and the result for our client, AngioDynamics. This has been a long, hard-fought case, and the outcome reflects the strength of our positions.”
