Cadwalader partner Danielle Tully was quoted in Law360’s coverage of the Federal Circuit’s decision affirming a Delaware court’s anticipation ruling and declining to revive C.R. Bard’s patents on implanted catheter receptacles in litigation in which Cadwalader represented AngioDynamics.
