Cadwalader Advises Credit Bureau Connection on its Majority Recapitalization by CapStreet

Cadwalader advised Credit Bureau Connection (CBC), which offers credit reporting and compliance solutions to the automotive and general consumer finance industries, in its majority recapitalization by private equity firm The CapStreet Group, LLC. Following the transaction, CBC will continue to operate under its current brand name. Financial terms were not disclosed.

This representation further bolsters Cadwalader’s position as a market leader in the automotive data and software sector, and continues the firm’s track record of advising on many of the most significant transactions in the sector, including advising CarWave in its sale of a majority stake to KKR; Gubagoo Inc. in its sale to The Reynolds and Reynolds Company; Superior Integrated Solutions in its sale to J.D.
