Michelle Gellman is an associate in the Financial Services Group. Michelle advises clients on the structuring and trading of complex derivatives, structured financial products and municipal financial products. She represents banks, funds and other financial institutions on various transactional and regulatory matters, including securitizations, derivatives, and the structuring, formation and operation of a variety of alternative investment products.
Michelle received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of The George Washington Law Review, and her B.A. from Brandeis University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. Michelle has been named by Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star since 2020.
