Jordan Ballard’s practice focuses on fund finance in the Capital Markets Group. Jordan represents banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds.
Jordan received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and his B.S. from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in Business Administration, with a double-concentration in Finance and Business Development.
