Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP today announced that Stephen Fraidin will join the Firm’s New York office as a partner.

He has been top-rated by all the major legal directories, was named to the Financial Times’ top ten most innovative lawyers in North America and is a multiple winner of The American Lawyer’s “Dealmaker of the Year” award.
