Cadwalader has been named to Bloomberg Law’s second Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Framework. Cadwalader is one of 43 U.S.-based law firms recognized for its level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance against six core pillars: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity & inclusion in the community.
“We are honored to be included as a Bloomberg Law DEI Member Firm for the second consecutive year,” said Aisha Greene, Cadwalader’s Director of Attorney Development and Training. “In the year since the framework’s launch, it is hopeful and energizing to see an expanded list of recognized member firms and to gain access to a range of meaningful industry data points and insights from the resulting report.”
Bloomberg Law’s DEI Framework was developed in 2021 in collaboration with Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index team, as well as diversity leads at corporations and U.S.-based law firms. Performance was assessed across more than 85 metrics, each associated with one of the framework’s six core pillars.

The Cadwalader Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) is the firm’s organizing body and central resource for its multi-faceted diversity programs.
