Cadwalader represented the co-lenders in an approximately $1.7 billion mortgage and mezzanine financing in connection with HNA Group’s acquisition of 245 Park Avenue, a 1.8 million square foot office and retail tower in midtown Manhattan, from a joint venture between Brookfield Property Partners and New York State Teachers’ Retirement System.
