Cadwalader represented the administrative agent and lender in a $400 million mortgage and mezzanine financing in connection with Fortress Investment Group’s acquisition and planned redevelopment of the hotel, signage and retail at the Doubletree Suites Times Square Hotel located at 1568 Broadway Avenue in Manhattan.
