Cadwalader advised Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and German American Capital Corporation in a $1.65 billion refinancing of One Madison Avenue, a 1.4 million square-foot Class A office tower in Madison Square Park owned by SL Green Realty Corp., Manhattan’s largest office landlord.

One Madison Avenue’s top of the line amenities include Le Jardin Sur Madison, a one-of-a-kind event space and rooftop garden and The Commons, a 9,500 square foot tenant-only lounge.

The Cadwalader team was led by partner and Real Estate Finance Practice head Holly Chamberlain and included special counsel Eunji Jo, associate Amelia McClure and paralegals Sarah Holland and Jennifer Bliss. Bankruptcy support was led by partner Kathryn Borgeson with associate Andrew Greenberg.
