Cadwalader advised HSBC Bank USA, N.A. as administrative agent and lender in a $120 million syndicated mortgage loan to finance the acquisition by The Dermot Company of The Helux, an apartment tower located at 520 West 43rd Street in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.
The Cadwalader team was led by Finance partner Steven Herman and included special counsel Loren Taub and associates Audrey Nelson, Jamie Rothman and Susan Vuernick.
