Cadwalader Advises Gubagoo on Its Sale to Reynolds

Cadwalader advised Gubagoo Inc., a leading provider of conversational commerce and retail solutions for both automotive dealerships and original equipment manufacturers, in connection with its sale to The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a leading provider of automobile dealership software, services and forms. The acquisition of Gubagoo represents an expansion of the Reynolds Retail Anywhere platform, which offers a dealership-wide approach to serving customers in-store, online or both. Financial terms were not disclosed.

This marks the fourth transaction in the automotive data and software sector on which Cadwalader has advised this year, further bolstering the firm's position as a market leader and continuing the firm's track record of advising on many of the most significant transactions in the sector.
