Cadwalader represented the administrative agent and lender syndicate in a loan facility consisting of a $410 million mortgage loan and up to $100 million of availability for tenant and capital improvements to refinance existing debt and fund future upgrades to 120 Broadway, a landmark office property in New York City that was constructed in 1915 as the headquarters of Equitable Life.
