Cadwalader has been named a finalist for “top law firm” by LendIt as part of the first annual LendIt Awards for lending and fintech.
The firm was selected from among several hundred applicants worldwide. A panel comprising more than 30 industry experts judged finalists representing innovation, emerging talent and top performers.
Cadwalader’s Fintech Practice advises a broad range of banks, private equity and hedge funds, and marketplace lenders, from large, established market participants to platforms that are preparing to move beyond venture capital or pure equity funding.
“We are honored by this recognition,” said Bruce Bloomingdale, a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets Group. “Cadwalader is well known for its capabilities as a global leader in securitization, and as marketplace lending continues to evolve and attract new sources of funding, we will continue to be at the forefront of exploring innovative securitization models.”
