Zack Schrieber is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group in the New York office. Zack represents clients in bankruptcy, antitrust, and general civil litigation matters in both state and federal court, and has also conducted multiple internal investigations. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including general motion practice, motions to dismiss, fact and expert discovery, summary judgment briefing, trial, and appellate proceedings. Zack is a regular contributor to Cadwalader’s bi-weekly Cadwalader Climate newsletter, providing insight into the legal and business impacts of environmental sustainability efforts. He is also active in pro bono engagements and community service, coaching a local high school in New York’s Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions, and assisting LGBTQ individuals in securing name and gender marker changes.
Zack earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2018, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. He graduated salutatorian from CUNY Hunter College with a B.A. in political science in 2014.
Zack is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
