William Pacwa advises clients on corporate transactions, supporting public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic matters.
His experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents and leading due diligence processes for complex M&A matters, identifying key legal risks and commercial considerations. William also supports clients on public company reporting and disclosure requirements, including the preparation of periodic filings and compliance with securities and stock exchange rules.
Prior to joining the firm, William gained experience at a leading international law firm and the U.S. Department of Justice, where he worked on legal research, regulatory materials and government publications. He also brings experience from judicial and public service roles, supporting courts and providing legal assistance through military service.
