Timbre Shriver is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. She represents companies and individuals in complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations and enforcement matters. Her practice includes representing private and public companies and individuals in both federal and state court, including in securities litigation, nationwide class actions, suits concerning indemnification and advancement claims, contract disputes, and state tort claims. Timbre also has represented clients in enforcement matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as clients facing grand jury subpoenas and criminal charges. Timbre is a member of the firm’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Practice and contributor to Cadwalader Climate.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Timbre served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Taubman of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Timbre earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School where she completed the Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law and Policy curriculum and served as Casenote and Comment Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review as well as Executive Chair of the Barristers' Council Moot Court Division. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Colorado State University. Timbre is admitted to practice in New York and Colorado.
