Nunu Luo is an associate in Cadwalader’s Corporate & Financial Services Litigation & Regulation Group. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial and securities litigation. Nunu’s practice includes the representation of financial institutions, public and private corporations and directors and officers across a variety of industries, including financial services, consulting, and pharmaceuticals.
Nunu’s practice includes securities, derivatives and other shareholder actions; shareholder activism; actions alleging breach of fiduciary duties or other misconduct by corporate directors in the Delaware Court of Chancery and elsewhere; sophisticated contractual disputes and civil RICO litigation.
Nunu has experience in different aspects of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, and defending depositions. She has been involved in arbitrations and depositions, including by preparing experts and witnesses.
Nunu is the vice-chair of Cadwalader’s Asian Pacific American Attorney Resource Group and is actively involved in the Firm’s pro bono program as well as the Firm’s recruiting efforts.
Nunu received her B.A. from Tufts University in 2012 and her J.D from NYU in 2015. She is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District for the Southern District of New York, U.S. District for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit.
