Sulie Arias advises financial institutions on complex real estate finance transactions across a broad range of commercial property types, including office, retail, hotel, industrial, warehouse, student housing, multifamily, and mixed-use assets, at both local and national scale.

Her work spans the full spectrum of real estate finance structures: balance sheet loans (single-lender and agented), construction and bridge facilities, CMBS, mortgage and mezzanine financings, and loan-on-loan and leverage structures. Sulie supports clients across the life cycle of transactions, from acquisition and development financing through refinancing and disposition.

She brings consistent depth across property sectors and capital stack positions, advising clients on transactions that range from straightforward financings to complex multi-tranche structures requiring coordination across lenders, borrowers, and servicers.
