Spencer Davies is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group. Spencer’s practice focuses on a broad range of fund finance transactions. In particular, Spencer represents banks and financial institutions as lenders and lead agents in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity and other investment funds.
Spencer received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the recipient of the Weldon B. White Prize and Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. Spencer received his B.A. from Davidson College.
