Skyler Walker is a partner in the firm's Capital Markets Group. She represents investment banks and other institutional lenders and underwriters in secured commercial lending transactions (both syndicated and bilateral) and CLOs. She also represents financial institutions as lenders and lead agents in subscription credit facilities.
Skyler was included in the 2023 and 2025 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Securities / Capital Markets Law, and was recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2025 North Carolina Rising Star for Securities & Corporate Finance. She also serves on Law360’s 2024 Capital Markets Editorial Advisory Board since 2024.
She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
