Sara Skutch is an associate in Cadwalader's Global Litigation Group and based in its Washington, D.C. office. Her work focuses white collar matters, federal administrative enforcement actions, civil litigation, and internal investigations.
Sara earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a legal research and writing law fellow, as well as a staff editor on the Journal of National Security Law and Policy. While in law school, she externed with the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Sara earned her B.A. in Psychology and Peace, War & Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with highest honors. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
