Samantha Greenfield is an associate in Cadwalader's Global Litigation Group. Samantha was previously a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group, representing creditors in the restructuring of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and its public agencies and in the restructuring of the Zohar funds. Samantha earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway Jr., United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit and a member of the International Comparative, Policy & Ethics Law Review. Samantha received her B.A. in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College.
