Pav Jovic is an associate in Cadwalader’s Fund Finance Group, where he primarily advises bank and non-bank lenders. Pav’s practice focuses on fund finance, advising on a diverse range of fund products, including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, GP-support and management lines, and co-invest facilities.
Before joining Cadwalader as a newly qualified solicitor, Pav gained valuable experience as a paralegal and a trainee at one of London’s leading fund finance law firms. Pav has over six years of commercial legal experience, with five years specialising in fund finance and fund formation. In the latter capacity, Pav advised sponsors on establishing new funds, handled related ad hoc matters, and drafted and amended funds’ constitutional documents. Pav has also acted for LPs, advising them on their accession to different funds.
Pav earned his LLB from Queen Mary University of London and holds an LLM from Durham University. Pav also completed a second LLM with distinction at the College of Legal Practice as part of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination studies.
