Pauline Morgan is an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Cadwalader's London office. Before joining the London office, Pauline was resident in the firm’s New York office. Pauline has acted on a range of debt capital markets transactions in both the US and UK, representing international financial institutions and corporations in securitisations, warehouse financings and other structured finance transactions of various asset classes.
Pauline received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was Senior Commentary Editor of the NYU Journal of International Law & Politics, and her B.A. in History and Religion from Columbia University. She is admitted to practice in New York.
