Legal Secretaries: Cadwalader Legal Secretaries consistently help our attorneys address the most challenging legal and business issues. They combine their own skills - many of which are enhanced by our comprehensive training program - with modern technology and the assistance of an extensive administrative staff to help Cadwalader provide a superior level of legal representation. Legal Secretaries are responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence and documents, maintaining files, coordinating mail, arranging meetings and conferences, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, and assisting with special client projects.  As a Cadwalader Legal Secretary, you will be provided with the training, benefits, and resources you need to develop your professional skills and to be successful and fulfilled in your career. 

Paralegals:  Cadwalader's Paralegals are involved in complex commercial deals as well as in all stages of litigation. They enjoy a broad range of responsibilities, including performing research, drafting documents, assisting with closings and trials, and working on special client projects. Combining their own skills with state-of-the-art technology and the assistance of an extensive administrative staff, our Paralegals help Cadwalader attorneys provide a superior level of legal representation.
