Omar Qureshi is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group focused on real estate finance transactions. He represents financial institutions in the origination of mortgage loans secured by multi-family housing, office buildings, and hotels. He also has experience with the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate, and with general corporate matters.
Omar was included in the 2023 and 2024 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for his work in Real Estate Law.
Omar received his J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, and currently serves a member of the Dean’s National Council. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
