Nika Silva advises issuers, financial institutions, underwriters and institutional investors in a variety of sophisticated US-based asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, including 144A and 4(a)(2) issuance platforms and structured private credit. In particular, Nika serves as issuer’s and borrower’s counsel for data center and fintech clients with their asset-backed securitizations and other financing transactions.
Nika was previously part of King & Spalding’s Finance and Restructuring practice group, and has previously worked in the securitization department of a Magic Circle firm in London, in-house at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and at leading international firms in the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
