He focuses on leverage and acquisition financing, advising investment banks, private debt funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Neil trained at a leading Scottish law firm, before qualifying into a market leading finance team in Scotland.
