Nathaniel Kiechel is an associate in the Fund Finance Group, where he focuses on complex financing transactions involving private investment funds and their sponsors.
Nathaniel advises banks, direct lenders, and private equity sponsors on a wide range of fund-related credit facilities and structured financings. His experience includes net asset value (NAV) facilities, hybrid and subscription credit lines, management company and GP-level financings, and other bespoke liquidity solutions for private capital borrowers.
Nathaniel earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, his M.A. in Finance from Claremont McKenna, and his B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Government, from Harvard University.
