Nathan is a lawyer in the Fund Finance Group in London, with over 15 years’ experience. His primary focus is fund finance, with particular expertise advising both lenders and sponsors in connection with NAV and subscription facilities.
Nathan’s practice also includes advising on the full range of loan financed deals, including acquisition finance, corporate debt facilities, project finance as well as other asset-backed holdco/portfolio financings, and refinancings.
