Morgan Dennis is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group.
Morgan represents administrative agents, lead arrangers and lenders in a variety of fund finance transactions. She has extensive experience advising on bespoke structures including single-investor deals, umbrella facilities, NAV/hybrid facilities, and cross-border transactions.
Morgan received her J.D. from University of Alabama School of Law where she was Production Editor of the Alabama Law Review, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
