Michael (“Mike”) Gonzalez is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's Washington, D.C., office. Mike focuses his practice on representing issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLOs, CFOs and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and other types of loans (including student loans, crypto-backed loans and farm loans).
Mike also works with the firm’s Non-For-Profit Incubator to assist with the formation and organization of charities and review their applications for tax-exempt status.
Mike was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office and received his J.D., cum laude, from the George Washington University Law School and an A.B. in economics from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
