Margaret Craib is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group and focuses on corporate asset-backed finance, CLOs, mortgage servicing rights transactions, residential mortgage-back securitizations and other asset-backed securitizations. She represents investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, placement agents and loan sellers in both public and private offerings of CLOs and mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to joining the firm, Margaret was Assistant Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse, where she supported the Tax Equity and CLO structuring desks.
Margaret received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. in International Relations Global Business from the University of Southern California. She is admitted to practice in New York.
