Margaret Craib is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Margaret was Assistant Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse, where she provided legal support to the CLO structuring desk and the bank’s tax equity investment efforts in the renewable energy sector.
Margaret received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. in International Relations Global Business from the University of Southern California. She is admitted to practice in New York.
