Lisa Shields-Cook is a senior attorney in the firm's Finance Group. Her practice is focused on title and survey review for transactions involving commercial office buildings, hotels, retail properties, multi-family and multi-state pooled properties for both traditional mortgage and mezzanine financing.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Lisa worked for Fidelity National Title Group in various capacities, including managing the local Charlotte office, commercial underwriting, title counsel and claims counsel, providing a reliable resource to clients and the company for title concerns, coverage options and risk elimination for North Carolina properties.
Lisa received her J.D. and B.S. from Campbell University. She is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.
