Kimberley Lam-Wong advises banks, non-bank lenders, and financial institutions on structured finance transactions, with a focus on securitisation, asset-backed finance, and capital markets.

Her experience spans asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securitisations, private warehouse facilities, corporate finance transactions, and medium term note programmes.

Kimberley also previously served as a Board Observer through the Westpac Board Observer Program, partnered with South Sudanese Health Matters Incorporation, an Australian not-for-profit, where she contributed to board governance and strategic discussions.

 

  • Advising a major Australian airline on establishing a AUD$2bn corporate secured debt program secured over aircraft.

  • Advising a global bank as senior financier in a private warehouse securitisation involving corporate and asset-backed portfolios.
  • Advising a leading Australian non-bank lender on an asset-based facility secured over receivables and plant and equipment.
  • Advising a global senior financier in a residential mortgage-backed securitisation.
  • Advising a foreign issuer on establishing an Australian MTN programme under a Global MTN programme.
