Kayla Culver is an associate in the Finance Group in Cadwalader’s Charlotte office. She primarily represents financial institutions in fund finance transactions but also has experience in other financial transactions, including acquisition financing and letter-of-credit facilities.
Kayla graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as the Senior Research Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif. Kayla received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She previously worked as a staff attorney at the Supreme Court of South Carolina.
