Kayla Culver advises banks and financial institutions as agents, arrangers and lenders with a focus on fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities and related products.
In representing her clients, Kayla brings a broad understanding of complex deal structures, borrower and lender expectations, and market standards that allow her to advise with a solutions-focused approach.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Kayla worked for several years in the finance practice at another international law firm and also previously served as a staff attorney at the Supreme Court of South Carolina, bringing a robust legal foundation to her transactional practice. In her time at the University of South Carolina School of Law, she served as the Senior Research Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and was elected as a member of the Order of the Coif.
